The Park Hill neighborhood is one of Denver's most sought-after largely for its historic architecture, which dates back as far as the late 1800s. In a nod to the neighborhood's oldest house style - the Victorian - this home features a brick body below a steeply-pitched roof with decorative gables and a 2nd floor projecting window.
