Located on a beautiful but somewhat busy parkway, this International Style, ranch home features an understated facade that acts like a garden wall - complete with espaliered trees - and focuses its attention onto an inner courtyard with massive expanses of floor-to-ceiling glass, including a 90-square-foot bi-folding door. The lower level is also accessible from the courtyard via an exterior staircase which allows for a large set of glass doors and more floor-to-ceiling windows that brighten up that space.
