Manka Design/Build was founded by Grant Manka in 2003 to combine a passion for home design with the satisfaction of making things by hand. Today we handle all aspects of custom home building - from concept to completion - with a focus on thoughtful and innovative design, quality construction, professionalism and sustainability. Three of our new homes have been certified LEED Gold and a fourth has been certified Platinum - the second-highest and highest levels, respectively.
